Full job description

Tula Code is an artisanal chocolate brand built on craftsmanship, wellness, and longevity-driven ingredients. We make clean, refined chocolate — no refined sugars — stocked in premium delis and stores across the UK, with international expansion underway.

We're hiring a hands-on Chocolate Production Assistant to run our daily production in Highgate (N6). This is a core role: once trained, you'll own the day-to-day making, so we're looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and quick to learn. You don't need to be a professional or have chocolate experience — if you've worked with food before and you're keen, we'll train you in everything, including tempering and our methods.

What you'll do:

Run daily chocolate production — tempering, moulding, and following our recipes and quality standards
Package finished products with care and precision
Keep the kitchen clean and maintained; end-of-shift clean-down
Work closely with the founder in a small team

What you'll need:

Some experience working with food (kitchen, bakery, café, or production — it doesn't need to be a professional role)
Reliable, hard-working, and a fast learner — this matters most
Happy to run the daily production yourself once trained
Careful and consistent in your work
Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is a plus — no certificate? We'll help you get one
No chocolate experience needed — full training provided
