Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional person to join our team at @lowkorostudio. You must provide exceptional customer service within a vibrant studio/salon environment, specialising in hair styling and barbering services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooming experiences, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hairdressing and customer care to develop their skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles and treatments
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Qualifications

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and techniques
Punctual and committed to delivering high standards of service
Previous experience working in a salon or barber shop is a must & should have a local MCR client base; high level training will be provided for the right candidate if you like as we are also educators in hair

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to advance their career within the hairdressing industry while providing exceptional service to clients. This will be self employed role with 60% going to the barber. See my IG @andrelowehair for my work, our salon IG @lowkorostudio.

You MUST already have clients to bring and be hungry to get many more and your diary filled.
