Full job description

Lev Properties are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our busy and growing Lettings & Management team. We currently manage over 900 properties across Liverpool, adding 10–20 new homes each month.

We are a thriving, family-run business that prides itself on providing outstanding service to both tenants and landlords. The successful candidate must share these values.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor management (including scheduling, budgets, and safety compliance).
Respond to and manage tenant repair requests, keeping them updated throughout.
Manage handyman, vendors, and contractors – ensuring quality, organisation, and cost-effectiveness.
Approve invoices, track budgets, and keep accurate records of all works.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements (Gas, EICR, EPC, etc.).
Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords, addressing complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
Be part of the emergency phone rota (£35 per call when on duty).
Be familiar with selective licensing regulations.
Property inspection to be carried out to determine maintenance work

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management or similar role.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Fixflo, Arthur).
Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
Professional phone manner with confidence to upsell services when appropriate.
Access to a vehicle and have a UK driving licence
