Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic waitress to join our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that our customers have a delightful dining experience.

You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and making coffee ,

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take accurate food and drink orders
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
Perform basic maths calculations for order totals and processing payments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
Knowledge of making coffee
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly disposition.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to guests.
