Full job description

Join Our Growing Plumbing Company

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our small but growing plumbing business. This is an exciting opportunity to become our first office-based team member, playing a key role in helping the business grow.

The position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible working hours. The role can be carried out hybrid meaning part office and part from Home

We’ve been established for over two years and currently have a team of four plumbers, alongside the company director. As the business continues to expand, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become an important part of our future.

Key Responsibilities

● Managing engineers’ daily schedules and coordinating appointments.

● Liaising with customers and engineers to ensure jobs run smoothly.

● Registering new boiler installations.

● General administrative duties.

● Assisting with bookkeeping (experience preferred but not essential).

Skills & Experience

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

● ServiceM8 or another CRM system.

● QuickBooks.

● Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

● Mailchimp.

● Excellent organisational and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

As this is our first administrative hire, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the role and make a real impact on the business as we continue to grow.

If we find the right person, I am open to discussions regarding whether the role can be part-time or full-time or indeed chair between 2 to 3 people with possible overlaps if required as a company I’ve always hide on personality. We are happy to always work with the right person in finding a suitable working environment and schedule

Also any experience in Bookkeeping would be welcome. We are happy to provide training in both Bookkeeping and CRM management calls will be provided

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
