Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist with various building projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills across multiple trades within a dynamic working environment. The Labourer will be involved in diverse activities, supporting skilled tradespeople and contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with roofing, and general construction tasks as directed
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Support fabrication and assembly of materials on-site
Prepare work areas by clearing debris
Carry materials and equipment to designated locations on site
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Support skilled tradespeople in completing their work efficiently

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction-related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific tasks
Knowledge of groundwor , roofing,
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and competently
Physically fit with good stamina for manual labour tasks
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£17.04 per hour
