Job Overview

About Us
The Private Clinic Swansea is a HIW-registered independent medical aesthetics clinic, offering a professional and welcoming environment for our patients. We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable part-time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

The Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the face and voice of the clinic — greeting patients, managing appointments, and ensuring every visitor has an excellent experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key responsibilities:

Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Managing the appointment booking system and diary
Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
Processing payments and handling patient records confidentially
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised reception area
Supporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with clinic confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using booking systems, email, and general IT
Previous reception, front-of-house, or customer service experience (medical/aesthetic setting preferred but not essential)
A discreet and trustworthy approach to handling confidential patient informationDetails
Hours: Part-time or full time (days/hours to be discussed)
Location: 117 Glanmor Road, Swansea
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
