Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and the food and beverage industry. The successful applicant will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Handle payments accurately and efficiently, including processing cash and card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including tables, stations, and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist colleagues as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of food hygiene standards is desirable but not mandatory. This position provides an engaging working environment where team spirit and customer satisfaction are paramount. We welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals eager to develop their skills within the hospitality sector.
