Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care

Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service that enhances their experience
Manage cash register operations, handle transactions accurately, and give correct change
Follow safety procedures related to food handling and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for all
Support kitchen operations during busy periods by restocking supplies and assisting team members as needed

Requirements

Prior barista experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Knowledge of food safety practices and standards to ensure hygiene and quality control
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Experience in serving customers with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and safety protocols is a plus
