Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and elevate the clinic's service and growth

Our fully private, associate-led clinic opened in 2021, and since then, we have grown our diaries, patient list and team. The time has come for us to bring on a full-time practice manager who can confidently take over the day-to-day running of the practice.

We want someone enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisation skills who can create and implement systems effectively and work well managing a team.

We encourage new ideas and are happy to support you in implementing them.

Initially, you will be working alongside our owner and clinical director.

Minimum requirements:

Management and leadership experience in a private dental practice of at least 2 years is essential for this role
Excellent communication skills and manner (email, Social media, WhatsApp, phone and video calls)
Ability to learn new software swiftly
Excellent people management skills

Location: Isle of Dogs, London (Crossharbour station on the DLR or Canary Wharf on the Jubilee Line. Bus stop right outside too)

Pay: £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and skills, with performance-related bonuses available.

Start date: We aren't rushing; we want someone who is a good match, so we are willing to wait 2 months, but earlier start dates are available.

About Innovadent

Innovadent is a 4-surgery clinic, and we are currently running 2-3 chairs a day, and our target is to run a full surgery this time next year.

- In-house CBCT and OPG machines

- AI Radiograph software

- AI Note-taking software

- Cloud-based practice management software (Aerona)

Responsibilities

Implementing schemes that facilitate practice growth
Reporting on conversions and KPIs for the clinic
Management of the current team, including recruitment, rotas and scheduling
Overseeing and refining the patient journey
CQC Compliance
Orders, invoicing and lab bills
