Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Administrator to join our team. This role will support the administrative operations of WasteSure, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and contributing to the efficiency of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The job is part time however can potentially have over time to cover holiday etc.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to various departments within WasteSure.
Manage and maintain records, databases, and company documentation.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Support customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Assist in compliance and regulatory documentation to ensure WasteSure meets industry standards.
Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth business operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus but not essential.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document creation and management
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Prior administrative and clerical experience preferred
