Your culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, whether in a fine dining setting or catering special events. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, adhering strictly to health regulations and safety protocols
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and finished dishes
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service, ensuring timely delivery of orders in a lively environment
Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient selection and dish presentation techniques
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold a safe and organized kitchen environment

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred.
Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, knife handling, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential
Strong background in kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting the overall success of the kitchen team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
