Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a delightful experience. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations while handling food and beverages.
Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment to uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in food preparation as needed, including pastries and light snacks.
Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock as necessary.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous barista experience is essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
Basic mathematical skills are required for handling transactions accurately.
