Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing exceptional support across departments. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will help keep our office running efficiently and effectively. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily office activities to ensure seamless operations
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications
Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendar management for team members
Support invoicing (of customers) and record-keeping processes and other software tools
Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management
Ensure all administrative procedures adhere to company policies and quality standards
Updating Framework documentation
Completing customer questionnaire as required
Liaising with customers and welcoming them onsite
Preparing for customer/organisation events onsite.

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Familiarity with accounting software is preferred
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and organisational prowess
Credit control and use of ERP/CRM systems would be beneficial
