Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while working in a dynamic and friendly setting. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to standard recipes and presentation standards.
Take orders from customers efficiently and accurately, ensuring prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Manage cash register operations, including handling payments accurately using cash or card systems.
Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety standards are upheld.
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable.
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Proven ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy engaging with people and creating enjoyable experiences for guests.
