About us

With over 43 years of heritage, we are a family-owned garden buildings company with a proud reputation for quality and customer service. From beautifully crafted garden buildings and bespoke structures to our expanding range of outdoor kitchens and aluminium pergola solutions, we have built a business our customers trust and return to time and again. We are growing fast, and this is a great moment to join us.

Are you highly organised, fast-moving, and ready to be the backbone of a busy, growing business? We are looking for a driven General Administrator to join our friendly team as soon as possible.

The role

This is a hands-on, varied administration role where no two days are the same. You will manage orders, coordinate deliveries, support senior management, handle customer communications, assist our accounts department in Xero, manage multiple inboxes, and help keep the whole operation ticking. You will also get hands-on with HubSpot CRM and our Shopify website.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment
Comfortable with technology — at ease picking up new software and confident working across multiple systems as part of your everyday routine
A fast learner — an intent listener who picks things up quickly
Naturally curious and intuitive with a genuine willingness to grow and develop
Detail-driven — someone who takes pride in getting things right
Confident and willing to throw yourself into the role from day one
