Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will support various landscaping, decorating and construction projects by performing hands-on tasks that keep our worksites safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist with decorating tasks and prepare areas such as applying masking tape , sanding tasks and cleaning
Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a tidy work environment
Support construction activities by mixing materials, digging trenches, or assisting with assembly tasks
Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure worksite for yourself and colleagues
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction, decorating or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor throughout the day
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
