360 Play Rushden is one of the leading names in family entertainment centres and we are looking for multi-talented leisure professionals with a passion for our industry to join our dynamic team. From our launch in 2009, we have received hundreds of thousands of guests every year, showing great solid growth. The company strives to always exceed customer expectations and wow the users to keep them coming back.

Our front of house, parties and events Team leaders take full charge in all aspects of our reception area, bookings and guest satisfaction, including:

-Overseeing and the day to day running of our reception areas, the welcoming and first impressions count in everything we do.

-Social media posts, messenger responses, calendar scheduling, business to business and community relationships.

-Overseeing and the day to day running of our parties, internal and external events, training of party hosts and related targets.

-Membership sales and reaching targets set.

-Customer surveys, reviews and being the first point of call of for any compliments and complaints.

As a team leader, you will be the primary support to the general manager and will offer support for the day to day supervision of operations whilst being a real visual presence around the centre. You will be responsible for maintaining standards and you’ll have a real passion for providing an unforgettable experience for our customers

- Willingness to lead by example and actively engage in operations.

- Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.

- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships.
