Job Summary

Join our vibrant breakfast service team as a Breakfast Waiting Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable mornings for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll be the friendly face ensuring guests receive prompt, attentive service while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your energy and attention to detail will help set the tone for a fantastic dining experience, making every breakfast a delightful start to the day.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff for timely preparation
Serve breakfast items efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Assist with food safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Clear tables promptly and ensure the dining area remains tidy throughout service
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring satisfaction
Support basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as setting up buffet stations or replenishing supplies
Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver swift, attentive service without compromising quality

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food handling procedures
Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific duties
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy breakfast hours
