About the role

We are looking for a motivated and professional Senior Sales Support Administrator to join our business sales / M&A team. This is an office-based role, where you will play a key part in supporting deal processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Operations & Administration within the Business Sales and M&A industry. You don’t need direct industry experience — full training is provided, and you will learn directly from our experienced team.

Progression is central to our culture. Our Managing Director, Victoria Hughes, joined the business in 2007 as a telesales executive and has grown with the company to reach the very top. Her journey reflects the opportunities available for ambitious people who want to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between Operations, Sales, Compliance and Clients to ensure seamless onboarding.
Collection and verification of client documentation.
Maintain accurate client records within our CRM database and excel spreadsheets.
Provide clear and concise communication to clients throughout their Onboarding journey.
Provide support to the Ops Support team within the Admin department as and when required.
Assist with the uploading of our clients’ adverts to third party marketing portals and update with new information as and when accordingly.

Skills / Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail.
Brilliant communication skills both internal and external contacts.
Strong team player.
Good time management skills.
High efficiency rates.
Able to work under pressure and hit deadlines.
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
