Location

Enderby, Leicester

Are you an experienced CAD technician looking for a new challenge?

Position

Produce accurate technical drawings on a variety of projects within the commercial, residential, industrial, health care and education sectors on projects up to £50 million in value

Key Attributes and Skills

Produce drawings for building structures in all structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry and timber as well as sub structure
Have a suitable qualification such as a HNC in building studies or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the built environment
Proficient in AutoCAD software
Experience in Revit (advantageous but not essential)
Ability to produce and revise accurate technical drawing from design briefs and mark-ups
Experience in detailing reinforced concrete (advantageous but not essential)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
