The Role: Sales Assistant

This isn't your average shop floor job. As a Sales Assistant at Flannels, you're the face of luxury retail: the first impression, the trusted stylist, the reason customers come back. You'll create moments that feel personal, polished, and effortlessly luxury, from the second the doors open.

Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence.
Keep the shop floor looking flawless. Presentation is non-negotiable.
Get the store trade-ready every morning through replenishment and prep.
Spot the opportunity for an add-on or a smarter alternative, naturally.
Deliver service that's consistent, considered, and unmistakably Flannels.
