Part-Time Office Administrator

Witham, Essex

Monday – Friday | 09:30 – 14:30

We are a friendly and growing electrical contracting company based in Witham, looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a varied and important role within the business, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, supporting a busy office, and working as part of a close-knit team. No two days are the same, so we are looking for somebody proactive, approachable, and happy to get involved in all aspects of office support.

The role will involve a mixture of administration and accounting duties, alongside helping coordinate servicing and maintenance works for our engineers.

Main Responsibilities

Booking in servicing and maintenance appointments
Managing and organising company email inboxes
Uploading supplier invoices onto the system
Reconciling wholesaler and supplier accounts
General office administration and support
Assisting with customer and supplier communication
Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office

What We’re Looking For

Previous office administration experience
Experience with basic to moderate accounts/admin tasks
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Friendly and professional telephone manner
Ability to manage workload independently
Good computer skills and confidence using office systems

Experience using Simpro management software would be highly desirable, although training can be provided for the right person.

Experience within the construction or electrical industry is beneficial but not essential.
