Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments. The ideal applicant will be organised, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, corridors, and communal spaces
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are hygienic and presentable
Empty bins, dispose of waste responsibly, and replenish supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming
Follow health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning standards and procedures

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions accurately
Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
