Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Self-Employed Cleaners / Cleaning Subcontractors to join our team. This role offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to operate independently while providing high-quality cleaning services across various settings. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Experience in janitorial work, residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. This opportunity is perfect for those seeking to build their own cleaning business or supplement their income with flexible work hours.

Duties

Conduct thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality premises according to client specifications
Ensure all areas are hygienic, tidy, and presentable by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
Manage your own schedule to optimise service delivery across multiple clients
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times
Keep accurate records of completed work and any supplies used or required for future visits

Qualifications

Previous experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments independently
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is preferred
A valid driving licence is beneficial for travelling between client locations but not essential
