Godalming Orthodontics is seeking an outstanding Treatment Co-Ordinator to become a key member of our growing team. We're looking for someone who combines warmth and professionalism with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for helping people. You'll play a pivotal role in converting enquiries into treatment starts, ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first contact through to the beginning of their treatment journey.

The Opportunity

As our Treatment Co-Ordinator, you'll be the trusted guide for prospective patients, helping them understand their treatment options, financing arrangements, and the benefits of choosing Surrey Orthodontics.

You'll work closely with our clinical team while taking ownership of patient conversions, helping drive the continued success and growth of the practice.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, thrives on building rapport, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to new patient enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Conduct consultation appointments and guide patients through their treatment options
Clearly explain treatment plans, fees, and finance solutions
Build trust and confidence with patients to support treatment acceptance
Follow up enquiries and maintain strong conversion rates
Deliver an exceptional patient journey from first contact to treatment start
Collaborate closely with clinicians and reception staff to ensure a seamless experience
Contribute to practice growth through proactive patient engagement and relationship building
Maintain accurate records and manage patient communications effectively
Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives where appropriate

About You

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who enjoys working with people and making a measurable impact.

Treatment Co-Ordinator
Patient Advisor
Treatment Consultant
Dental Reception Manager
Healthcare Sales Consultant
Customer Relationship Manager
Business Development or Client Services Professional

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in sales, customer conversion, business development, or relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence discussing fees, finance options, and treatment plans
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Professional, positive, and patient-focused approach
Ability to build trust and influence decisions ethically
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset

Desirable

Experience within dentistry, orthodontics, aesthetics, healthcare, or other private clinical environments
Previous Treatment Co-Ordinator experience
