Full job description

About the role....

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage the facilities hygiene operations at a variety of depots around the North of England. The sites included within this region are, Bradford, Knowsley, Doncaster, Widnes and Preston Brook. The successful candidate will not be apposed to travelling. As a SDM your duties would include but will not be limited to:

Ensuring compliance with legislation, health and safety regulations and both company and client specification
Traveling between sites on a regular basis
Providing leadership, support and ongoing training to your teams
Build robust and valuable partnerships with clients while being efficient and responsive to client and staff needs
Ensure all team members are skilled, kitted and accredited to the highest standards
Manages the performance and the continuous improvement of team members through development, recognition and effective communications
Completing audits and regular standards checks
Responsible for managing stock levels and purchasing of equipment, materials and consumables to ensure a complete service delivery
Manage direct reports performance against the business KPI’s.
Ensures hours delivery is within target by utilising teams & allocating resources effectively
Responding to ad hoc requests from Operations Manager
To adhere to all company processes, policies and procedures
General admin duties include but are not limited to: completing report, approving timesheets and creating schedules
Experience working in a hygiene environment would be advantageous but not essential.

Vetting

ISM will require you to have a 5 year work history vetting process as well as a DBS check and a full UK Driving licence with a maximum of 3 points.
