Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Sales Administrator to support our sales team with administrative tasks and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various computer applications. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our sales processes while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist with sales administration duties, including processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining sales records.
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support sales activities.
Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams via Microsoft Outlook.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and supporting client needs effectively.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organisation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the organisation.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
Experience with Sage or similar accounting/ERP systems is desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Good IT literacy and computer skills, including familiarity with general computer literacy principles.
Proven experience in sales administration or administrative roles is preferred.
Ability to demonstrate time management skills and work independently when required.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues. This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment that offers valuable experience within a supportive team environment while honing their organisational and administrative skills.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
