Full job description

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Administrator to join our team.

The preferred candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a clear ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience of building strong working relationships and a passion for supporting employees would be ideal.

You will be reporting to both the HR Director

Your roles and responsibilities will include –

Overseeing store recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding.
Compliance management for onboarding candidates including undertaking pre-employment checks and ensuring Right to Work documentation is obtained
Supporting the coordination of the probationary review process. Assisting with the internal communications, ensuring documentation is completed and returned in a timely manner
Maintaining the HR database, ensuring employee records and compliance are updated.
Managing the offboarding process
Supporting with ad-hoc projects
Completing general administrative tasks for both the HR Director and Finance Director

Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a HR Administrator or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office 365
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
