Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our dynamic team at Galebreaker Agri. This is a shift role operating on a rotating shift pattern (6:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00) In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process of our products, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Role offers a 20% shift bonus on top of basic salary

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards throughout production.
Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products.
Collaborate with team members to meet production efficiently targets.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience of using production drawings for assembly.
Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot equipment & tools effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating reliability and integrity.
Demonstrates a high level of Health and Safety awareness
