Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Bookkeeper and become a vital part of our financial operations! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for managing accurate financial records, ensuring smooth transaction processing, and supporting the overall health of our accounting functions. Your expertise will help us maintain transparency, compliance, and efficiency across all financial activities. We’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about precision and organization.

Duties

Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Process accounts payable by verifying invoices, coding expenses, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Reconcile bank statements regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Preparing financial reports, summaries, and documentation for audits or management review.
Month-end and year-end closing with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Manage invoicing, billing cycles, and collections to optimize cash flow.
Collaborate with team members to improve bookkeeping processes and implement best practices.

Experience

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Proficiency in popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
Familiarity with accounts payable processes and invoice management.
Good experience of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members both on and off site and vendors.
