As we push to grow, we have identified the new business software areas we will be entering this year. All of these areas will be headed up by the people in the business who have been with us from graduate level.

THE ROLE

As a Resourcer, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging and building relationships with the best talent in our ERP markets, working closely with our specialist consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging and attracting talent over multiple different platforms
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with individuals in their markets
Conducting consultant interviews to understand technical experience, career aspirations and motivations
Managing the full process from a candidate perspective, from initial conversations through to supporting with closing of an offer
Producing high-quality candidate shortlists for live vacancies
Keeping candidate records and market intelligence up to date within our CRM
Generating referrals and expanding your professional network, directly adding value to the desk
Developing specialist knowledge within your ERP market and becoming a trusted advisor to candidates

As part of this role, you will be empowered to make creative decisions and be part of a transparent, meritocratic environment. You will have complete control of your own path and progression. WHAT DOES YOUR FIRST YEAR LOOK LIKE?

You will be enrolled into a training programme which will be tailored to your specific skillset, teaching you how to source, engage and build relationships with candidates across the ERP markets that we work with.

You will then transition into a specialist team, working alongside our ERP consultants to build out talent pipelines, produce candidate shortlists and develop your market knowledge from the specialists on your desk. You will have Team Leaders, Management & L&D available to you throughout your career for continuous, hands-on support.

You have full opportunity to progress and as you build in confidence to start speaking to clients where you will have the autonomy to pull new clients and take control of existing relationships.
