Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable, along with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as required, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards
Support barista duties if applicable, preparing coffee and other beverages with attention to detail
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service throughout shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred; restaurant experience is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required
Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus but not essential
A professional attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
