Property Inspector – London & Surrounding Areas - IG, E, N, W & SW London, Surrey, Middlesex & Berkshire

£150+ per day | Self-Employed Contractor

Carry out property inspection assignments with the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

Job Details

Pay

From £150 per day, with the opportunity to earn more depending on the number of inspections completed.

Contract Type

Self-employed / Limited Company only
Independent contractor opportunity (not employment)

Availability

You decide when you're available to undertake assignments.
There is no obligation to accept any assignment offered.

Coverage Areas

You choose the locations you'd like to cover. We'll offer inspection assignments within those areas, and you're free to accept or decline them. We're currently looking for cover across IG, E, N, W & SW London, Surrey, Middlesex and Berkshire.

About SRP Inventories

SRP Inventories is an established independent inventory company based in Surrey, providing professional inventory and property reporting services to letting agents and property professionals across London and the South East.

About the Assignments

We're looking to engage experienced self-employed Property Inspectors to carry out routine interim (mid-term) inspections using our digital reporting platform.

Assignments are field-based and available across London, Surrey, Middlesex and Berkshire. You choose the areas you'd like to cover and the availability that works for you.

Previous property inspection experience is essential. Familiarisation with our reporting platform and inspection requirements will be provided.

What You'll Need

To undertake these assignments, you'll need:

Previous property inspection experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
A reliable and professional approach
A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Good IT skills and confidence using mobile technology
Fluent spoken and written English

Contractor Status

This is a self-employed contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance obligations. Inspection assignments are offered as and when available, and there is no obligation on either party to offer or accept work.
