Early Years Educator

Hours: 30 - 42 hours per week

We are open Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 6.00 and Fridays 8.00 - 1.00 with various patterns of work available for the best fit.
Salary: £12.85-£15.50 per hour depending on experience.
Location: TN30 6SR

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality childcare and education, helping young children develop, learn, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will support children's learning and development through engaging activities, positive interactions, and high-quality care. You will work closely with colleagues and families to create a stimulating environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive learning environment.
Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
A caring, patient, and professional approach.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
