This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious, driven individual who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitability, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels.

Responsibilities :

As Business Manager, you will be guiding customers through the finance and insurance journey while ensuring FCA compliance.

Oversee day-to-day control of new and used car sales activity, helping to meet and exceed targets.

Support the Sales Manager in managing stock, pricing strategies, and performance reporting.

Coach and mentor the sales team, driving motivation, professionalism, and

Maintain strong relationships with both customers and our finance partners.

A proven track record in automotive sales, with a clear understanding of F&I products and dealership processes.

Strong leadership potential, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
