Overview

Due to internal progression within our team, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Receptionist to join us.

We are a busy, welcoming local firm and pride ourselves on providing a professional but personal service to our clients. As the first face and voice of the firm, you will play a key role in creating that positive first impression.

Monday–Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm | Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm.
Office-based role

Your role will include:

Answering and directing calls
Welcoming clients
Diary management
Preparing outgoing mail
Managing office supplies
General administrative support
If you are organised, approachable, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
