Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and Apprentice Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a strong understanding of the local property market. At the end of this apprenticeships role you will gain a business administrative level 2 qualification

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants.
Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for property listings across various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry professionals.
Organise appointments, meetings, and open house events efficiently.
Provide personalised advice tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to manage documentation effectively.
Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders confidently.
Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple listings, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously.
Prior experience in real estate or related fields will be beneficial but is not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates. This role offers an engaging career path within the real estate industry, with opportunities for professional growth in a vibrant market environment.
