Caremark Kirklees, an award-winning home care provider, is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly team in Huddersfield. You will be at the heart of our expansion, responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding the exceptional Care Assistants who make our mission possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent administrative and people skills to take ownership of the entire recruitment process. You will manage campaigns, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure all compliance and documentation are meticulously handled.

About The Role

As a Recruitment Administrator, your day-to-day will be dynamic and rewarding. You'll be the central point of contact for our recruitment efforts, managing the process from initial application to successful onboarding. This involves advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, conducting telephone screenings, and coordinating interviews. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
