Full job description

We are looking for F&B servers with a friendly smile and a positive and courteous attitude to join our Food and Beverage team in our luxury boutique hotel in Belgravia, London.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum High school degree, sanitation and food safety training will be considered a plus
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly personality and positive attitude
Courteous demeanour towards guests and coworkers
Professional appearance
Related previous experience in food and beverage operations, making cocktails and all kinds of coffee
Commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience
Have a hands - on attitude
To be fairly flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the Food and Beverage department

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and promptly seat them, take food and beverage orders, meet any special requirements or requests
Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients and daily specials to respond to guest inquiries and make suggestions.
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Deliver cheques and collect payments
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff and front office
Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations and all customer service guide lines
