BABA BURGERZ

Kitchen Crew Member – Job Description

Role;

As a Kitchen Crew Member, you are responsible for preparing and cooking food to Baba Burgerz standards while keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food to Baba Burgerz recipes and standards.
Work across the grill, fryer, prep and assembly stations as trained.
Read kitchen orders correctly and prepare them quickly and accurately.
Check food quality before it leaves the kitchen.
Follow correct portion sizes and cooking procedures.
Complete food preparation and restocking during your shift.
Follow all food hygiene, allergen and food safety procedures.
Keep your workstation clean and organised throughout your shift.
Complete daily cleaning and closing duties.
Follow stock rotation and help reduce unnecessary food waste.
Inform the Manager when stock is running low or there is a problem.
Work together with the rest of the team during busy periods.
Follow instructions from Shift Leaders and Managers.
Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
Arrive on time and ready to work.

Team members who perform well and show reliability and leadership skills will have opportunities to progress within Baba Burgerz.

Kitchen Crew → Shift Leader → Assistant Manager → Store Manager.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 36.0 per week
