Reuse Technician Team Leader + FLT Counterbalance Driver

Salary: £14 per hour / £32,760 per year per annum + profit share programme

Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln.

Permanent, Full Time – 45 hours per week

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Reuse Team Leader to join the Reuseabox team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a rapidly growing, purpose-led business.

As Reuse Team Leader, you'll lead by example on the warehouse floor, supporting the day-to-day operation while motivating and developing a team of Reuse Technicians. You'll ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans and environmental mission.

You'll be hands-on, organised and passionate about creating a positive, high-performing team culture where people can thrive.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the daily activities of the Reuse warehouse team, ensuring productivity, quality and safety targets are achieved.
Supervise, coach and develop team members, providing training, guidance and regular feedback.
Allocate daily workloads and ensure resources are used effectively to meet operational priorities.
Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or collection.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance FLTs.
Receive, inspect, process and rework stock before putting it into storage.
Carry out quality checks to ensure reused products meet Reuseabox standards.
Promote and maintain excellent housekeeping and a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and quality.
Work closely with the Factory Manager and wider Operations team to achieve departmental objectives.
Lead by example, demonstrating Reuseabox values in everything you do.

Experience & Skills

Current Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
Previous experience working within a busy warehouse or logistics environment.
Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a warehouse team.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Health & Safety requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using warehouse systems and completing operational paperwork where required.
