What you will be doing...

Our Administration and Reception Administrator will be responsible for providing a friendly, efficient, accurate and timely administrative support service to all internal colleagues and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

New starter process – creating and issuing new starter packs, access passes and updating databases.
Ensuring contact information for all colleagues is accurate and updated.
Issuing access to lockers and key fobs, maintaining secure records at all times.
Ordering business cards and other items as requested.

In addition, you’ll support the Reception and Administration Team, becoming multi-skilled in every aspect of the role. This can include:

Ongoing day-to-day support of other department functions.
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct colleague as quickly as possible.
Managing the email inbox ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
Sorting, distributing, and franking all mail, plus advising recipients that they are required to collect their parcels from the Administration office.
Arranging car parking for visitors to Holiday House, having monitored the number of available spaces.

What you’ll have:

You’ll be an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills and an organised, structured approach to work.
You’ll be IT literate, with the ability to use databases and learn new systems quickly.
You’ll be friendly, approachable, and confident liaising with people at all levels on a daily basis.
