Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using our office management software
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information or directing calls to appropriate staff members
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and personal data, ensuring accuracy for medical records
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes smoothly while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Maintain organized filing systems for medical records, appointment logs, and correspondence
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing support, document preparation, and inventory management of office supplies

Requirements

Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
Prior administrative experience preferred, especially within a healthcare or medical office setting
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external providers
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
