Grade 5 £26,824 - £29,540 pro rata. Actual £23,559 - £25,945

37 hours per week – Term Time plus 2 weeks

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated individual to join our support staff team as Data and Admin Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to support the effective management of school data and administration systems whilst playing a vital role in ensuring that staff, pupils and leaders have access to accurate and timely information.

Working closely with the Whole School Data Manager and Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will support the collation, analysis and reporting of progress, achievement, behaviour and attendance data. The role will also involve supporting admissions processes, curriculum administration, examinations, GDPR compliance and a range of wider administrative functions across the school.

This varied role also includes supporting the management of digital media assets, assisting with GDPR enquiries and document redaction, providing support to IT Services with the upkeep of IT suites, and offering operational support within the Reprographics Department as required.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and IT skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. They will be able to work both independently and as part of a team whilst maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
