Steatite Antennas is looking for a Production Operative to join our growing team in Leominster. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist engineering business that designs and manufactures world-class antenna systems used in some of the world's most demanding environments.

This role is more than just production work—it offers a genuine opportunity to develop into a Production Technician through structured training and hands-on experience.

What You Will Be Doing
Working within our production laboratory, you'll support the manufacture of our products by:

Preparing materials and components for production.
Building mechanical sub-assemblies.
Assembling higher-volume products.
Working with adhesives, sealants and coaxial cable preparation.
Using a variety of hand tools safely and accurately.
Reading engineering drawings (full training provided).
Carrying out visual and dimensional inspections.
Completing production documentation.
Supporting other production areas, including Stores and Packing, when required.

What We Are Looking For
We're looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
You will ideally have:

Good practical and manual skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
A positive and reliable approach to work.
The ability to follow instructions accurately.
A desire to build a long-term career within manufacturing.

Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
