Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our dynamic aesthetics clinic. This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this opportunity is perfect for you! CQC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using our clinic’s booking system, accommodating client needs and preferences.
Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about services or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all informational materials are current and accessible.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing client paperwork with accuracy.
Support the clinic team with basic administrative duties to facilitate seamless daily operations.
Uphold confidentiality of client information and adhere to clinic policies at all times.
Ordering supplies

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills.
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or aesthetic setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software and booking systems.
A positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist clients and support team members.
