Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist, where your vibrant personality and exceptional guest service skills will set the tone for an unforgettable stay. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in experience. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and special requests with precision and care
Maintain the front desk area in a tidy, organized manner to ensure smooth operations
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction

Experience

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude
Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries confidently and courteously
Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
