We’re looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us at Carmarthenshire.

Welsh language preferable, not essential Work Pattern: Mon, Weds & Fri (but we can be flexible)

What it's like to work here:Based at Dinefwr, a stunning historic house and beautiful parkland on the edge of the vibrant market town of Llandeilo, you'll play a vital role at the heart of our property team. As our Business Services Coordinator, you'll be the key link that helps keep everything running smoothly, providing essential support to the General Manager and colleagues across the property. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with people, building positive relationships, and adapting to the changing needs of a busy visitor-facing site.

From managing administrative systems and supporting finance processes, to answering enquiries and helping colleagues find solutions, no two days are ever quite the same. You may also occasionally support operational activities across the site, getting involved wherever your help is needed.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and naturally solutions-focused, with a flexible approach and a willingness to turn their hand to a wide range of tasks. In return, you'll be part of a welcoming team caring for a special place and helping us create exceptional experiences for everyone who visits.

From time to time, you may also be required to travel to and support other properties within the Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion portfolio.

What you'll be doing:This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same.

Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.

You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.

experienced in giving business support, along with responsibility for facilities or office supervision
