Full job description

We are a rapidly expanding solar energy company delivering high-quality residential and commercial installations across Wales and beyond. As demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting our operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, future-focused industry with genuine long-term career growth.

The Role

You will be at the centre of our daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, installers, and management. This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same.

You will help keep projects moving efficiently from initial enquiry through to installation completion.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
Scheduling surveys, installations, and coordinating field teams
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
Supporting customers throughout their installation journey
Processing invoices, purchase orders, and basic finance admin
Updating CRM systems and internal job tracking tools
General administrative and operational support to the team

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an admin / office-based role
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident communication skills (phone, email, and customer interaction)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure when needed
Previous solar / renewable energy experience is beneficial but not essential
